Registration

1) The WORDTIGER content may only be used within the WORDTIGER system architecture and based on the WORDTIGER clients (currently mobile phone, smart phone, Internet).
2) All features, processes and mechanisms of user interface design, learning design and the specific WORDTIGER database architecture are subject to a copyright held by Softmatch and cannot be used outside or transferred to any other environment or used in any other way, that was not intended or explicitly allowed and stated in writing by Softmatch. According to the law of the Czech Republic violating copyrights is considered a crime.
3) Softmatch applies high quality standards to its content production and delivery. Continuous quality control and error reporting mechanisms are in place. In rare cases an error may occur which has not yet been reported or corrected; consequently Softmatch can not guarantee that any single of its several thousands and continuously growing information entities are correct.
4) Content within theme based words - module may be provided by specific partners of Softmatch. In some cases the partners assume entire control over the quality of the provided content. In this case Softmatch is not responsible for the content type and quality.
5) Softmatch is not responsible for any data and content provided within the "personal folder"-module of the system. This part of the system is reserved for personal usage only.
6) Data related to the users' learning behavior is used within the system as part of its functioning.
7) When using the mobile phone based version of WORDTIGER, data traffic will occur and costs will occur according to the tariff charged by the user's mobile phone operator. As a standard, Softmatch is not additionally charging the data traffic. WORDTIGER services are charged only if explicitly so communicated on the WORDTIGER website. This will apply especially for advanced and special features that might be implemented, now or in the future.
